• Secured Supply: Free freight on all UK loadouts over £60.

• Standard International Freight: 7–14 operational days.

• Customs & Clearance: Buyers are solely responsible for any local import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees upon arrival. Feral Folk does not cover these charges.

/// EXTRACTION TIMELINES (PROCESSING) Standard hardware is processed and handed to couriers within 1–2 business days. Note: During high-level Deployments (Drop Days) or classified restocks, grid traffic is heavy. Dispatch times may be extended. The Pack will be notified of any delays.

/// COMMS & TRACKING Once your hardware leaves the bunker, an encrypted tracking link will be sent directly to your comms (inbox). If your radar is clear, check your junk/spam folders—sometimes the civilian grid intercepts our transmissions.

/// M.I.A. / DELAYED FREIGHT If your loadout fails to arrive within the designated extraction window, transmit your order coordinates (Order Number) to support@feralfolk.co.uk. We will intercept the courier and secure the package.

/// COMPROMISED GEAR Feral Folk hardware is built for the wild, but if a package is compromised or damaged by the courier in transit, you have 48 hours to report it. Transmit visual confirmation (photos) of the damaged freight to support@feralfolk.co.uk. Command will authorize a replacement or refund immediately.
