Feral Folk engineers hardware from the ground up. We stand behind every loadout we deploy. If your gear fails to meet operational standards, we correct it.

/// THE 30-DAY WINDOW (RETURNS) If your hardware is incompatible with your loadout, you have 30 days from the date of extraction (delivery) to initiate a return.

To be cleared for return, the asset must meet the following criteria:

  • The hardware must be un-fielded (unworn) and completely unused.

  • It must be returned in its original tactical packaging with all Feral Folk tags attached.

  • Proof of clearance (Order Number) must be provided.

/// HYGIENE PROTOCOL For sanitary and operational reasons, we cannot accept returns on headwear or apparel that has been deployed in the wild.

/// INITIATE RETURN PROTOCOL Transmit an email to support@feralfolk.co.uk with your order coordinates and your reason for return. Command will issue a secure return address and instructions. Note: Operatives are responsible for all return freight costs unless the gear was defective or incorrect upon arrival. International operatives must clearly mark the customs manifest as "Returned Goods" to avoid gridlock.

/// ASSET INSPECTION & REFUNDS Once the returned hardware breaches our perimeter, it undergoes inspection. Once cleared, we will notify you and route the funds back to your original payment frequency. Expect processing to take 5–10 operational days.

/// GEAR EXCHANGES (SCARCITY WARNING) Need a different style or colour? Transmit your request to support. WARNING: Feral Folk operates on a strict Scarcity Protocol. We do not mass produce, and we rarely hold excess inventory. Exchanges are entirely dependent on active armory supplies. If the cache is depleted, your exchange will be converted into a full refund.

/// COMPROMISED OR FAULTY HARDWARE We inspect every piece of gear before it leaves the bunker. If your loadout is compromised or damaged by the courier in transit, report it within 48 hours of delivery (see our Freight Protocol).

If the hardware itself has a manufacturing defect or fault, UK law guarantees you a 30-day window to reject the item. Transmit visual confirmation to us immediately, and Command will authorize an expedited replacement (supply permitting) or a full refund.
